1. Appointment Fees

  • All payments made to secure an appointment are non-refundable unless the Clinic cancels the appointment.

  • If the appointment is rescheduled by the client at least 24 hours in advance, the payment may be applied to the new date.

2. Cancellations by the Clinic

  • If we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their payment.

4. Payment Errors

  • If an error occurs during payment (e.g., duplicate payments), please contact us immediately. Refunds for such cases will be processed after verification.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
