Refund Policy
At Psychiatrist Behavioral Medical Clinic, we strive to provide quality care and service to our clients. Please review our refund policy carefully:
1. Appointment Fees
All payments made to secure an appointment are non-refundable unless the Clinic cancels the appointment.
If the appointment is rescheduled by the client at least 24 hours in advance, the payment may be applied to the new date.
2. Cancellations by the Clinic
If we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their payment.
4. Payment Errors
If an error occurs during payment (e.g., duplicate payments), please contact us immediately. Refunds for such cases will be processed after verification.
5. Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
